Currently the age range of those in training runs from 8 to 80 years old!<\/p>\n<h5>I\u2019m not athletic, is this really for me?<\/h5>\n<p>Our answer to that is an enthusiastic YES! That\u2019s the reason why you don\u2019t see the word \u201csport\u201d on our site, rather the words \u201cphysical activity\u201d. For us, sport is a synonym for performance and physical activity is a synonym for health, fitness and well-being.<\/p>\n<h5>Can Personal Trainers work with several people at once?<\/h5>\n<p>They can, but it\u2019s important to know that that\u2019s no longer Personal Training; however, you will still be able to have professional monitoring with the goal of moving safely and having fun! In fact, the basis for getting back into shape is physical condition, which is different for each of us, which is why it\u2019s not possible to pursue a specific goal as a group, or even as a pair.
