Bootcamp involves using the natural environment to partake in strength and cardiovascular training based on the training used by the US Navy.

Note that Bootcamp isn’t Personal Training, rather a fun, motivating and efficient form of training. It has a dual goal: burning fat and building team spirit in the great outdoors.
