Questions & Answers

Must I have my own equipment if a Personal Trainer comes to my home?

Absolutely not, the Personal Trainer brings his or her own equipment.

What kind of space must I have for home sessions?

Approximately 10m².

How much does it cost?

That depends on the location, as well as the number of hours selected and necessary to achieve your goal. A commitment-free meeting with the Personal Trainer will allow you to determine together the right plan of action to achieve your goal. You’ll know precisely which format to choose, as well as its cost. Don’t hesitate to contact us, we’ll be happy to give you more info.

Are the results guaranteed?

Once again, everything depends on the goal; for well-being and increased muscle strength, we guarantee the results. For slimming, we’re not there with you 24/7 to verify that the plan of action we established together is being followed. Keep in mind that we are Personal Trainers and not magicians, we can’t accomplish miracles. We’ll give you the tools to get there and if you use them, you’ll cross the finish line!

How many sessions per week do I need?

As a general rule, two one-hour sessions per week, depending on your goal. If necessary, we’ll establish additional physical activities together that you can work on alone.

Can I take part in Personal Training if I have back problems?

Yes, you can! We’re there to adapt the activity according to your needs and in relation to you and you alone!

Is there a right age for doing Personal Training?

The goals are different at every age and Personal Training can be adapted to any variation! Currently the age range of those in training runs from 8 to 80 years old!

I’m not athletic, is this really for me?

Our answer to that is an enthusiastic YES! That’s the reason why you don’t see the word “sport” on our site, rather the words “physical activity”. For us, sport is a synonym for performance and physical activity is a synonym for health, fitness and well-being.

Can Personal Trainers work with several people at once?

They can, but it’s important to know that that’s no longer Personal Training; however, you will still be able to have professional monitoring with the goal of moving safely and having fun! In fact, the basis for getting back into shape is physical condition, which is different for each of us, which is why it’s not possible to pursue a specific goal as a group, or even as a pair. However, we can still get moving in groups, just to keep in shape.

Can I choose my Personal Trainer?

Yes, of course – the only potential obstacle is distance. Choose the Personal Trainer according to the location where you want to participate in Personal Training.
